Terms of Service

The binding terms for medjed.ai services are set out in the order form or service agreement provided with your account, together with the Fair Use Policy and Privacy Policy. This page is a short summary and is not a substitute for that agreement.

Using the service

• GPU capacity is billed at the rates shown on the pricing page or in your order form.
• You are responsible for the workloads you run, the data you store, and for keeping account credentials secure.
• Activities prohibited by the Fair Use Policy may result in suspension or termination of the service.

Availability and support

Service levels, maintenance windows, support response times and liability terms are defined in your service agreement. If you do not yet have a signed agreement, contact us before placing production workloads.

Changes and contact
